The sole purpose of S&C for Runners is to work alongside your current lifestyle and running programme, whilst incorporating the necessary tools to allow you as an athlete to biomechanically move better, apply greater forces, tolerate higher training loads and ultimately get the best out of you as a runner.
I put an emphasis on technique and movement patterns through functional exercises, ensuring progressive overload and periodisation so you keep on improving.
